As the Executive Director of Homeowner Prep, a San Diego-based nonprofit organization, Eric leads programs that help aspiring homeowners improve their financial readiness and confidently navigate one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership, and numerous professional certifications, including Dave Ramsey Certified Master Financial Coach.
